Once you've submitted your rental request, we'll review your selections, confirm availability, and prepare a personalized quote for your special occasion.

Delivery & Pickup

Delivery fees are calculated at $1 per mile based on the driving distance from our location to your event venue. This fee includes delivery and pickup of your rental items. Setup, styling, and packing up rental items are available for an additional charge.

Refundable Damage Deposit

A refundable damage deposit is required for all rentals. The deposit is calculated at 2% of the replacement value of each rented item, multiplied by the quantity requested, with a minimum deposit of $50 per order.

Your damage deposit is fully refundable once all rental items have been returned and inspected, provided there are no damaged or missing pieces.

Reserving Your Date

Once your personalized quote has been reviewed and approved, a 30% reservation deposit is required to secure your event date. This deposit is applied toward your total rental balance.

No payment is required when submitting your rental request.
