Reservations
Q: How do I make a reservation? A: To secure a reservation, place your order online. Please feel free to reach out if you have questions about your order. We're here to help!
Q: How far in advance should I place my order? A: We encourage you to give as much notice as possible for your event. However, we will always do our best to accommodate last-minute orders based on availability.
Deposits and Fees
Q: Is there a deposit required for rentals? A: Yes, a 50% security deposit is required on all rental items. This deposit will be refunded upon the return of items in the condition they were received.
Q: What happens if items are damaged or missing? A: Any items damaged or missing from your order will be billed at replacement cost, which depends on the quantity and type of items. The security deposit will be refunded if all items are returned in their original condition.
Cancellations
Q: What is your cancellation policy? A: We understand that plans can change. While we are unable to offer refunds on rental items, we are happy to provide credit towards a future event.
Deliveries
Q: What are your delivery fees? A: Our delivery fees are as follows:
- $10 for deliveries within 10 miles
- $20 for deliveries within 20 miles
- $30 for deliveries within 30 miles
- $40 for deliveries within 40 miles
Q: How are deliveries and pickups handled? A: All deliveries and pickups are door-to-door. Please provide the name and number of an onsite contact.
Q: Is pick-up available for rental items? A: Due to the delicate nature of our rental items, transport is a top priority. At this time, we do not allow our customers to pick-up rented items. All merchandise will be delivered to your event destination and collected after your event.
Setup Assistance
Q: Can you assist with setting up for our event? A: Yes! We would love to assist you with your event. Our fees are $30 per person, per hour. Let us know how we can help.
Cleaning
Q: Do I need to clean the items before returning them? A: Yes, we require that all items, including china, stemware, and glassware, be rinsed free of food or beverage before being returned. We will wash and sanitize all items once they are returned. Linens should be refuse-free and dry to prevent mildew and staining. Please return the crates and boxes the items were provided with at the time of delivery.
